Total War: Rome II is about to get a lot more interesting. After being released onto the Steam Workshop for modders to add or change whatever they want to the Rome II, Creative Assembly have now released the Rome II Assembly Kit which will make modding even easier. On the kit's release post Creative Assembly described it thusly:

"The Assembly Kit is essentially a collection of tools and example data files that will help modders create bigger and better mods."

The kit can be be installed through the tools section of your Steam library, giving modders more scope and will make their mods easier to implement into the full game. The kit contains tools and example data files that show how to use what CA have provided.
