From footage that we’ve seen so far, you can imagine some of these requirements to be very realistic, although the i7 requirement might be far-fetched in my opinion. Regardless, the game does look good and is certainly to be a blast judging from its gameplay. So, if you meet the requirements and want to experience the alternative nazi-occupied universe, you can always pre-purchase it.

I think this is because of the same problem that Titanfall had: uncompressed audio. That, or id Tech 5 is doing its thing again and just chowing down on space.

I'd believe the sandy bridge ones then. Also, i believe 50GBs is a lot to ask too, but i bet the download will be about 30GB or something, with the rest of the files unpacking and taking up an extra 20GB or so.

The Core i7 requirement is extremely fuzzy. It covers the ground between first pre-Sandy Bridge ones and the latest 6 core Extreme Editions.

50GBs? Jesus, that's literally no more than ten games to fill up the average modern HDD.
