What'd I tell you? I'm psychic man, I can see da footuhr! Well, more accurately, I can pay attention to prior events and see the patterns. So yes indeedy, we're getting Amid the Ruins on the 22nd. If you're surprised by that...well, I guess not everyone is as observant as I am maybe? Platforms other than the PC will have to wait until the 23rd (consoles) or 24th (iOS) but we shall resist the urge to say 'ner ner ner ner.' Not out of any sense of altruism though, don't get me wrong. It sucks to be you. But that's the thing, it sucks to be you, and we of the PC Gaming Master Race have not yet forgotten pity.

Seriously though, it should also come as no surprise that you don't want to be watching the trailer if you are at all concerned about spoilers. Not only for the three prior episodes, as they always warn, but for coming events as they...never warn but always include. The press release even came with a third screenshot which I honestly wish I hadn't seen, and shall leave absent for those with a less firm constitution than I. I mean, it was something I'd been seeing coming for a long time, but that doesn't mean I'm going to just shrug it off either. Which is the whole point. This has been an emotional journey, with episode 4 promising to be the most depressing yet.

You've probably already checked out the trailer, despite all the warnings. That's if you even stopped to read them in the first place. Just can't help yourself can you? But for those with the restraint to resist, allow me to say only this. Everything, and I mean everything, is falling apart now. Not at all surprising considering everyone is, y'know, living in a zombie apocalypse and all. But there you have it. Four more days and...then we go back to impatiently waiting for the climax.
