All Your Nikkei Belongs to SEGA

Atlus's parent company Nikkei has just been saved from financial collapse as Atlus has just confirmed that SEGA has bought over the company which was in quite a bit of trouble with debt. Now their future has been secured for at least a little longer thanks to new owners SEGA, who purchased them for about 14 billion yen. They will acquire the rights for certain IPs such as Persona, Odyssey etc. SEGA also recently bought out the studio behind such iconic franchises as Homeworld, Dawn of War and Company of Heroes from the ashes of THQ and enjoyed the spoils of war with the profit of the sequel Company of Heroes 2.
We also managed to grab our hands on a translated document of the deal with details everything that SEGA SAMMY now have acquired from Nikkei and Atlus and details all the legal proceedings and all the other legal nonsense that you usually find on these things. Have a look below for yourself and make of it what you will, oh and feel free to share your thoughts on this dear readers.

This, actually, I see as a very good thing. Atlus have been notorious for neglecting the PC in the past. SEGA...they may not prioritise us, but they don't act like we don't exist either.
Persona PC anyone?
