The people behind Alien: Isolation think that players have had it too easy recently, and as such, have been forced to show you how it's done themselves. In an odd turn of events, the developers of the game have started their own let's play.

More of an unofficial gameplay trailer for the new DLC "Trauma," than an actual let's play if you ask me, but starting around the 11:15 mark they do something interesting. The developers of Isolation have started issuing out community challenges, and have asked for players to send in footage of their survival.

The challenge: How long will it take you complete the reoperation map using Lingard, but no motion tracker? Send your clips to Alien: Isolation's social media pages and if they like your stuff they'll feature you on the main page. A starting let's players dream if I've ever heard one.
