It seems the Premium Edition and Premium DLC of Battlefield 3 has been quite the success! As announced on Twitter, it turns out that there are almost 3 million Battlefield 3 gamers out there who have purchased the Premium in one way or another. There are no detailed numbers, but it is likely the total sum of all Premium members across the three platforms that Battlefield 3 exists on (PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3).

Sufficed to say that this means that Battlefield 4 will likely have even more DLCs, this can be seen as a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. In any case, congratulations to Battlefield 3's DLC drive.
