I Heard You Like Sandboxes
Rawbots: Multiplayer Sandbox is a game that sees the player build their own robots. They can then set their creations down in a world that the player can also build themselves. A sandbox within a sandbox...sandbox-ception?
The game is now part of a Kickstarter campaign with the very ambitious goal of $300,000. It has already raised over $10,000 of this goal and with 28 days to go, if the gaming community gets behind this, it's not completely impossible. Moreover players can already buy the alpha version of the game for $29.99 from the official site. However I'm sure that the developers would prefer that you just pledge on Kickstarter with a digital download being a reward when you make a pledge of as little as $20 to the campaign.
The developers report that they've just released a new build of the game with adjustments made based on feedback. This new build features an improved physics engine, world building and better gravity. Imagine what they could do with $300,000?
